Wolf Range Teppan-Yaki Griddles

Wolf is honored to be a part of the tradition of Japanese cooking which continues to grow in popularity in all regions across the United States. "Teppanyaki" is derived from the word "teppan" which means "iron plate", and "yaki" translates to "grilled".

Put it all together and it adds up to a delicious dining experience accompanied by the skill and showmanship of expert Teppanyaki chefs that make the Japanese steakhouse experience second to none.

The Wolf Teppanyaki griddle is built tough with stainless steel fronts, sides and troughs. Its circular center burner delivers a powerful 30,000 BTUs to its 3/4" highly-polished steel griddle plate. Specially designed for the Japanese steakhouse! Reliable cooking in a fast-paced environment.

Safety valve pilot system is included on all Wolf Teppanyaki Griddles.
